Hello rubber farmers. Nowadays, the world has changed rapidly and we need to adapt ourselves to go along with these changes, otherwise we will be out of date.
The good beginning of the Office of the Rubber Replanting Aid Fund (ORRAF) is the new Corporate Culture Building which makes the high quality in working. Moreover, officers are happy and proud of their organization to make the efficiency outcomes especially to provide the services for rubber farmers.
The new Corporate Culture Building that I mentioned is the operation system and people.
The operation system is the mission of executives to restructure the organization to be flexible and suitable for the different potential of each person.
People can create and show their ability in working by knowledge and innovation, so the organization should support them by knowledge and creative potential of the innovation.
Innovation is very important in working now and I want all I have said to be the starting point in building the innovation and getting some changes in our organization within 3 years. I believe that the Office of the Rubber Replanting Aid Fund will be the best State Enterprise in Thailand. These can be occurred step by step.
The world has changed because of innovation and innovation has changed naturally according to the evolution. But the Office of the Rubber Replanting Aid Fund will be changed by development.
The new Corporate Culture Building and any changes have to take time and I think that it is difficult to change. But I believe that learning in innovation and pushing forward people to build the innovation are the driving forces to change the culture.
The culture of the Office of the Rubber Replanting Aid Fund is officers have the opportunity to do their best in working. We need to change our system, structure, and peoples attitude for the potential in working. If we gather the working potential of all people in the organization, the effect of working will be better than working by following the system. This culture will not be occurred if we are too strict with the rules. We should focus on the outcomes and working system to get the good performance, so brainstorming to produce the good performance in the teamwork is talent and the Office of the Rubber Replanting Aid Fund will be the potential and flexible organization. Officers will alert in learning and they will be happy in their work. I hope to see these things coming soon and all of these are for rubber farmers.
